Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use miro as a big drawing board when working through website audits, strategy work and workshops for clients. I love that it let's me all the things in it at once including getting files all into one place. It's very easy to follow. I would like to get better versed at it to better understand all of it's capabilities. The interactive tutorials right when I am in help.

Pros

  • Ability to workshop withe clients
  • ability to have everything from multiple sources to look at in one place
  • ability to collaborate

Cons

  • more templates for more situations
  • more webinars and tutorials that are situational
  • improved productivity
  • clearer communication
  • easier to convey a message and make a point
  • great for content hierarchy discussions
Yes. It has been very convenient for collaboration. I love that teams can all get in. The only annoying part is the invitations and having to invite everyone for sharing. Sometimes it feels like I make an invitation and sometimes need to send it, especially for new boards everytime.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

we use both miro and Figma but for different purposes. Figma is used more for component building and design.
Miro is great for workshops and white boarding. It is not ideal for client presentations where you are sharing info. It is a better tool for engagement and interactivity with each other.
