Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Miro was used by my company to outline a framework to remodel a Sharepoint Organization system. Originally, file management proved to be difficult but my coworker and I decided to form a flowchart in order to form and present a new system of file organization and potentially Sharepoint dashboard remodeling.

Color and shape differentiation
General user interface could be more accessible
For larger organizations, Miro is only accessible through Teams or other third-party applications. Having an extension through which it is connected but can operate outside of teams would be beneficial

Miro is easily a collaborative software, and given that it was a Teams extension its easy for individuals within a certain team to access, modify, and view the work in progress. While I am no longer working with said team, they have expressed interest in using it for future brainstorming projects.

Likelihood to Recommend

Miro is a great tool for the planning stages of any business development initiative. In the early stages of planning, it is easy to lose track of ideas and thoughts, and being able to connect these things is crucial. In the case of an organization plan, Miro worked perfectly, however Miro might not be suited for established plans (unless remodeling is needed).
