Miro is a great tool to simplify and understand companies, departments, projects or ideas.

My current project is focused primarily on structuring and mapping the whole company, starting by the org chart and going through department checklists and flowcharts. We usually make use of templates so it can guide us on diagramming and methods.

After understanding the problem and seeing the whole picture we use it to present to stakeholders so we can develop solutions and create the proper documentation for later use.

Until now we are not collaborating frequently with many people, but we are looking forward to empower everyone so we can have one board for each department to use it as a sandbox and start practicing, experimenting and learning new methodologies. The main challenge is to keep them motivated and not overwhelmed with too many tools and platforms.
