Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to interact across teams as I design ideas, share thoughts, and model new and old systems. It is very useful for having a clear vision between teams and avoids disagreements and wasted time.

  • Could be easier to add features from mouse right button
  • Could have themes
  • Links between different points on more scenarios
  • We prevent time loss by trying to remember something we already discussed
  • We prevent time loss by understanding better the ideas before implementing
  • We prevent time loss when someone new arives and it is easier to explain projects
While we use the hybrid system, it was very important that we could use Miro even if the team is not in the same place.

Miro could be great for modelling a new IT system. Since it can draw many types of text and relation, it is very usefull to share ideias. Also it can be a way to document AS-IS and TO-BE modelling. It is very practical for showing relation. I don't think I can see a less approriate scenario to use Miro.
