Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is our creative and strategy canvas go to. It is the place where we all come together to talk, brainstorm and detail new projects. It structures our thought processes through the many templates, helps to align by making our thoughts visible and sharable. Saves us from having to re-write post-its from creative sessions because type writing is always readable ;) and it helps us to work on projects in different formations, because we can always continue in a canvas where others left of, which is much harder with physical workshop outputs.
Pros
- A wide variety of workshop templates
- helps to share the process with a nice presenter mode
- multi collaboration tool
Cons
- freedom in colors and own styling templates are missing
- a nice line drawing feature for easy sketching
- support video uploads
- It creates better alignment upfront of projects
- It reduces risks, faccilitating discovery processes nicely
- it helps people to be creative. A digital post it feels less scary than writing with a pen on a post it, because of the delete button. People are more freely in their thinking
We are a big company with multiple offices and hybrid working. It helps us to come together regardless of where we are at a certain moment. It also helps to pick up a process right where you left off, no one takes down the post its on the wall :)
