Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as our creative playground, where we pool together inspiring images and build collaborative boards. It's a space where everyone can contribute, mixing and matching ideas freely. We also find it super useful to add comments for clarity or suggestions, ensuring every voice is heard and every idea is explored. This interactive process not only fuels our creativity but also strengthens our team's dynamic, making the journey from concept to completion both fun and efficient

Pros

  • Helps you organise thoughts and concepts visually, making complex projects look neat and understandable.
  • It's great for bringing teams together, specially when they are all over the world. We can brainstorm in real-time, share ideas with sticky notes, or sketch out concepts
  • It’s amazing for getting real-time input on your ideas and projects.
  • From a UX point of view, you can get templates for user journeys, personas...and all that handy stuff so you don't have to start from zero

Cons

  • Having to resize every picture. I would be amazing to be able to create frames and then drop the pictures there
  • I would like to be able to get a better design aspect in terms of text. The styles right now are a bit too basic
  • Increased productivity, we can collaborate at our own time
  • Easier to share to external members
It helped us work better and smarter. I don't imagine joining a new company without Miro in use.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

For creative fields like Fashion is very handy. We use it for creation of moodbaords and work all together from different places. In UX, we use it as a white board to put ideas together and use the templates for user cases and personas.
