Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to map out customer journeys, facilitate workshops or just to organize ideas and data collected during research. It is also useful for taking notes creating presentations and for cooperative tasks within the team. It is also a useful tool to visualize processes and data to present ideas to other tams and people within the organization,

Pros

  • cooperation
  • templates
  • knowledge sharing
  • conferences

Cons

  • more free features
  • capacity
  • size of the boards
  • improved productivity
  • improved understanding of business goals
  • increased cooperation
It has made it easier because anyone can join in from various locations. It has caused some obstacles before in case someone could not attend a meeting in person, but with Miro it is not a problem anymore. The project documentation has also improved anyone is able to access data any time they would like.
FigJam is much more underdeveloped compared to Miro and it is also more widely known. The free features are also better and the loading time is also faster with bigger sized boards.

Miro is very well suited to use during workshops where some colleagues are working from home and some are present in the office. There are no obsticles in case someone cannot make it to the in person meeting. It is also really good in terms of storing data from previous projects, with miro everything is well organized and can be looked through very easily.
