Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used across the entire organization. We use it to collaborate across multiple time zones to share ideas and understand other perspectives.
Pros
- Virtual real-time collaboration.
- Concept ideation.
- Workshop facilitation.
Cons
- The sketch tool is lacking precision.
- Locking objects is not clear to new users.
- Pre-checking for access could be made more simple.
- Video chat with Teams should be easier to see who you are talking to even with a large group.
- Our company used the power of this tool to replace 90% of all travel during Covid.
- We kept on task and on schedule for all planned workshop activities thanks to Miro.
- We saved a lot of time, money, and carbon by using Miro over in-person travel.
We talk more with our Asian and European offices now that we can share a virtual white board.

Nothing i can imaging would change our usage of Miro today. It has bugs sometimes, but these are resolved quickly and its much more stable than it used to be.
