Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used across the entire organization. We use it to collaborate across multiple time zones to share ideas and understand other perspectives.
  • Virtual real-time collaboration.
  • Concept ideation.
  • Workshop facilitation.
  • The sketch tool is lacking precision.
  • Locking objects is not clear to new users.
  • Pre-checking for access could be made more simple.
  • Video chat with Teams should be easier to see who you are talking to even with a large group.
  • Our company used the power of this tool to replace 90% of all travel during Covid.
  • We kept on task and on schedule for all planned workshop activities thanks to Miro.
  • We saved a lot of time, money, and carbon by using Miro over in-person travel.
Inviting others to join could be made a bit more simple, especially if you have an enterprise account. Why not let those who pay for that get more free boards? :)
The program is super user-friendly, guidance is provided by prompts and online video tutorials. The user interface is simple to use at first and deep enough to satisfy the more seasoned users.
We talk more with our Asian and European offices now that we can share a virtual white board.

Miro seems more stable than Figma and the auto word spacing and fills features really do make it a more simple program.
