Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a collaboration tool, to whiteboard and to run workshops and meetings. It's also a great tool to sort your thoughts, store notes and feedback from interviews and other research notes
  • Collaboration - doesn't need other teams to create an account
  • Easy to navigate for new users
  • Love the colours and boxes and shapes available - more visually appealing than Mural
  • It's not as user friendly for left handed users - My boss is left handed so now we have migrated a lot of our work to Mural for that very reason she has a hard time using Miro
  • Organization is easier on Mural with rooms and subfolders
  • templates are easier to source and use on Mural
  • improved collaboration
  • project visibility
  • Great Brainstorming tool with teams/self
We are mostly a remote working team across Canada and we can't even feel that we are working in different areas. It's allowed us to create beautiful spaces to work together.
Both products are similar but have certain elements that are different visually and in terms of the feel and flow. There are minor differences and it comes down to user preferences.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Miro is great for workshops. I've even used it for presentations.

I would not use it in a very formal boardroom style presenation yet.
