Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I'm a product designer, and have around 2 years experience working with Miro. It's great because it offers extensive collaboration features across teams, whether for design workshops or for engineers to map out their logic. However, its navigation is complex to me, and oftentimes the Miro board gets too big for me to navigate with simplicity and pleasure. Despite this drawback, Miro's flexibility across teams facilitates real-time collaboration and innovation, particularly for remote work environments. Ultimately, while Miro's collaborative nature is super useful, its usability could be improved in some way, I believe!
  • promote workshops for designers
  • adding images and notes / stickies
  • navigation
  • the board can get too big
  • improved productivity and communication
it's a great place to collaborate between ux researchers and designers. PMs use it too.
I prefer FigJam, it's more delightful and simple.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

Live remote workshops is a great use case. Less appropriate is live mapping and co-creation.
