Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro in two distinct settings - educational settings and architecture/design planning settings. Miro addresses real-time collaboration, process archiving, and the ability to see the process of a full project through all phases.
  • Collaborative working.
  • Sharing ideas.
  • Ease of use (desktop use, no program needed; clients and guests can drop into the board as needed).
  • Speed of loading and navigating board when boards get file heavy.
  • Organization - is there a possibility to have board "tabs"?
  • Copying content from one board to another.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Better communication with clients - reduced design addenda.
  • I am able to take on different projects that wouldn't have been possible with remote collaborative whiteboards.
I tried to integrate it with Asana in the past, but it was quite clunky and hard to get my team on board.
It has impacted it greatly. Miro allowed for work to continue during the pandemic and for online teaching in a design setting to even be possible.
Miro stood out because it has more capabilities in one program, and more designers and architects I work with already use Miro over the other programs.
