Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We have recently used Miro to work collaboratively with remote resources to identify process flows and create a more efficient process. It offers easy access and the ability to make quick changes. Many options and templates are available, and I look forward to exploring new functionality with each new project.

Pros

  • Allow collaboration with in a board
  • Offering of several solutions
  • Easy of Use

Cons

  • Navigation across board is not intuitive
  • Improve tool bar and options
  • In window help
  • Improvement to productivity
  • With Miro, communication was improved through the collaboration on process flow
Remote workers on projects have access to all the necessary documents and data in one central location. Productivity increases with this central location; previously it was searching through documents and emails to find a reference.
Miro offers more flexibility and a larger canvas compared to Visio, which is page-based and can make it difficult to maintain a smooth flow for a process.

In my current project, it was nice to be able to print out a working version on a roll of paper and not have a booklet of pages.

The benefit of Miro is the ability to frame the content and using a plotter print on a bigger scale a complete process. This is not possible with Visio, it limits what can be on a page.
