Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In my organization, we currently use Miro as a Scrum tool in order to support our team as backlog management. Our approach in Miro is based on the Scrum method, where we create our tasks mapping week+1, week+2 and daily activities that we're seeing for each project. During our daily meetings we define our tasks into three others columns, to do, doing and done, focusing in map, support and finish our tasks.

Pros

  • Allow create boards
  • Allow create and label tasks
  • Map activities

Cons

  • Save freeze versions. If someone with access to our board deletes something, we don't lose all track
  • Full coverage to edit settings in app version
  • Improved productivity
  • Backlog managment
We use Miro whiteboard in our daily activities meeting, and it's been really convenient. Being part of a multinational company, we have colleagues in different countries and fusos. We can all add our tasks in the same board and see each others activities, check where a tasks have been stopped.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is a great tool supporting our scrum meetings, with Miro we are able to create columns based on our necessities. Also, we can use creating our daily tasks, and adding customized labels, example separating by person, department. One scenario that Miro could be better is saving a freeze version, because when someone delete a tasks, we lose the track.
