Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I work as a customer journey expert for a B2C cybersecurity company. We use the Miro board to visualize maps, maps, key findings, and business opportunities. I collect data from different departments (design, e-commerce, research, data insights) and collect them on one board, where I present it to various stakeholders, including management.
Pros
- AI assistant - It helps me to summarize key findings.
- Collaboration—When I get a request to share insights on a particular topic, I can share my board, which documents the whole process.
- Visualization of data - excellent for presentations.
Cons
- Changes that were made in the Miro board by other people without tagging me or making comments.
- Reduced project completion time.
- Improved productivity.
I'm working fully remotely, and Miro is the only way I can present my work. Whenever I need other colleagues to contribute to the project, I can just tag them, and they will be notified through email.
Miro is official tool of my new company.
