Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I work in multidisciplinary exhibition design. My teams use Miro to conduct brainstorming, idea sharing, research, and presentation for exhibition projects. It is a platform/tool that is very easy to learn and use, and its ease of layout ideas and sharing feedback is highly valuable.

Pros

  • Keeping track of comments and feedback.
  • Allows full res file display/download.
  • Ability to draw/annotate.

Cons

  • Once the board becomes too large, it gets difficult to find things. Tabs/ways to categorize might help.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Not having to constantly update or encounter network issues like Keynote/iCloud.
It's been super helpful! Most of our team members are remote, and Miro offers a great platform for collaboration. I feel that there's so much more on Miro that I have not yet tried, and I would love suggestions to explore more and improve productivity! It has also helped us present updates to clients quickly. The ability to pan around and zoom in to high resolution in virtual meeting settings is helpful.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Gathering and sharing ideas for remote collaboration is fantastic. Even clients are willing and able to learn it and collaborate with our team. The interface is easy and beautiful, a pleasure to use. Full-scale project documentation may be less appropriate because it's not easy to find things.
