Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We currently use Miro for design. When collaborating, Miro is great for sharing ideas via wallboards and process mapping. Voice recording is a great feature that we use quite often.
- There are no delays when more than one user is on a board at one time (the mouse with the users names next to it moves at an accurate speed when another user is watching)
- The learnings available to users is quite insightful and useful
- The support and customer response time is really speedy and service is efficient!
- More fonts would be great
- Highlight text would be nice to have
- Faster SLA for clients as less time is needed to focus on design as Miro makes collaboration easier and allows us to focus on prototyping for longer as needed.
Better collaboration as opposed to everyone working in office. More interaction, which allows for more ideas. We can work from anywhere which gives us more time to focus on the project
Miro has a user friendly interface, more integration options and offers easy collaboration. The variety of board templates are endless
