Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to collaborate in a remote environment for planning, strategy mapping, journey builds, and even wire-framing concepts. The tool helps create a co-creative space for people across locations to build and work together—just like an in-person whiteboard. We use Miro almost daily and have used it for about five years.

Pros

  • Whiteboarding
  • Co-creation
  • Brainstorming spaces

Cons

  • It sometimes lags when on video call.
  • It would be nice to have a video/conferencing huddle function.
  • Not being able to grab layers when others have it selected.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Team synchronisation.
  • Quicker ROI.
Super well! It's a great tool to set initial context across teams, work together to battletest ideas and build on projects. It also becomes a great tool to store links to other work so that everyone is on the same page.
