Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for everything! From organizing meetings to creating roadmaps and presenting to our clients.

Pros

  • A visual board where we see all details at once
  • Presenting is easy and colaborative
  • Organizing our logs so we don't lose track of tasks

Cons

  • I would like it to load faster on bigger boards.
  • We are quicker to draft projects
  • Creating software architecture is easier if everyone can see it and collaborate at the same time
  • We run a main board for every project and split it into smaller ones so teams can follow them. It helps to also make each area have their own language to make things much faster
It was fast and quick to learn, we did not need to have someone guide us.
We use it inside notion to organize the project folders and it was a breeze, after logging in, just copy and paste then it was done.
We are a 100% remote team.
It helped a lot even when facing different schedules for each one on the team.

Notion, Make
Miro is well suited for organized teams and it helps to make things become intuitive.
We just don't use it to design because it starts to slow down after a while.
