Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used to collaborate with colleagues and present to clients.

Allows us to present to the fullest extent of the project, showing in a visual way how the project has been constructed and the progress being made. The collaborative nature allows clients to feedback in meaningful and concise ways. The ability to have dedicated boards for each project is how we are able to deliver multiple projects simultaneously on a singular platform.

Pros

  • Collaborative feedback and editing
  • Instant update across all accounts
  • Bring able to build a clear through-way of how the project is progressing

Cons

  • A little bit less sensitivity on the interface, sometimes you'll select something that you didn't intend.
  • A more robust connection, have had a number of drop-outs
  • A way to add headings to a frame in a clear way
  • better understanding of intentions from team members
  • fast turn around on the team being able to see what has been completed
  • It has taken a bit of time for new team members to get the hang of using the product.
As we use Miro as our main form of collaboration, it is integral to our process. We could not work as a cohesive team without it's flexibility and ease of use. I have only been on the team a short time and I have never used Miro before, but I think I would consider using this with any other project I was part of. The ability for teams to review and organise projects in real time where everyone can contribute, is quite a marvel.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I would recommend this for project managers and any teams that require the ability to collaborate with clients who are remote (international or far distanced).

I would also recommend this for creative teams to pool together the work that is being produced and have them appear in clear working boards.

Mood boards are great in Mirto, I would also suggest it for this purpose.
