Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am very satisfied with the help it offers me when creating process models and how team members can review and assist in the creation. I like that I can create visual aids for training on various topics and present them directly from the platform without needing to transfer the information to another application.

Pros

  • Multiple users at the same time.

Cons

  • Import files from other diagram programs.
  • Allow importing basic shapes for editing.
  • Free basic icons.
  • Easy presentation of processes for staff training.
  • More attractive presentations.
  • Maps that allow the easy understanding of complex concepts.
It is very easy to integrate people remotely; however, it is not as easy to start new individual projects because they remain connected to several people with access, limiting the number of possible projects. "The current options satisfy the remote collaborative need and allow the fulfillment of the desired functions and tasks.

In the creation of process maps among different people remotely and in person, Because everyone can contribute ideas at the same time and define the processes with visual aids. However, it is somewhat complicated to extract the information from the platform to other applications like Word, PDF or Power Point.
