Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to brainstorm, map strategy, plan content calendars, and sort through our team's working pieces.

Pros

  • Ability to brainstorm with people who are remote/save for later.
  • I am keeping track of creative processes outside of a dull spreadsheet.
  • Move things around when the original plan/strategy or workflow changes.

Cons

  • Certain types of brainstorming boxes, like a clickable world map.
  • I would like to see more post-it colors.
  • X
  • Miro has allowed us to take meetings from in person to remote. we now have teammates who live all over the world instead of having to be in the same city.
Miro is great. I think the basics are super helpful, and anyone can use it. I'm sure you can get fancier, but just using Post-its and the basic brainstorming boards are great for me.
In massive ways. I work with a coworker in California from Florida daily, and Miro keeps track of everything for us. It enables us to work together, separately, and at different times in different time zones. We can pick up where each other leaves off, and it's helped streamline our ability to navigate complex projects, ideas, and calendars together.
Miro is best for collaborative brainstorming. It's the thing we use most for that. It's the easiest to use, least technical, and most design-friendly tool for that type of collaboration.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I love using Miro for process and creative brainstorming meetings, keeping track of lots of brainstorming, meeting notes, and other such plans. We tend to use Asana for things like task management, but mostly when it involves a lot of boxes to be checked off and dates to be remembered.
