Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has helped us optimize processes in multiple ways, from job-specific to team engagement-related. As a researcher, I like to build my surveys in Miro. It's very easy to see the logic flow, which is especially important when programming complex surveys. Besides that, Miro is a great place to work when there is a multiple-step process, e.g., project planning -> outcomes -> summary. The tool helps to review the whole process quickly and develop the next steps.

Pros

  • Survey logic flow preview.
  • Easy to review the whole process for multiple-step projects.
  • Emojis & stickers to emphasise importance or emotions.

Cons

  • I'm still confused about its AI capabilities for summarizing texts. But maybe it's because I have tried to use it for very specific niche copy.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved collaboration.
Miro has helped a lot. Our team is using the tool to share weekly stories and discuss books we have red.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It's great when it involves teamwork, or you need to see the big picture of multiple parts. It won't be a good fit if you need to work with a lot of tables. Sometimes, Miro tells me that the pasted text is too long and does not have space. This can be disturbing if I need to place the copy and then distribute it in smaller parts.
