Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have used Miro to quickly and efficiently Transcribe informational interviews with professionals in the industry in which I work. This helps me save time and pull out pertinent information promptly and efficiently. I primarily use it for professional development within my current industry as it allows me to write up notes about different connections and tips and tricks they have for me about the industry.

Pros

  • Transcribes effectively and quickly.
  • Provides a summary of main points.
  • Easy and quick interface that is simple to use.

Cons

  • It is easier to access specific points in a transcription.
  • Make the sign-up process more efficient.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Reduced project completion time by approximately 1-2 hours.
I have not used Miro's online whiteboard. However, I am interested in exploring it as I have had a positive experience with Miro's other services.
I chose Miro because it was less expensive, and I liked how it summarized what was discussed.

It has been an excellent tool for transcribing information and is cheap and efficient to use once you sign up. I think it may be less appropriate to Transcribe shorter interviews as I presume the summary would not be as thorough, and that was my favorite part since the interview was so long.
