Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used Miro for a documentary film project for school. It was used to organize scenes and outlines. We were able to move scenes quickly to improve the flow of the film. This saved us time for the edits. I would reckon using Miro to outline and organize situations.

Easy to use software.
Organize topics by color blocking.
Easy to share and collaborate.

Cons

Formatting inside the blocks.
Including photos in boxes.
Adding shapes to boxes.

Improved communication within group.
People not familiar with Miro could fid it difficult to use.

It doesn’t help build a story but is best used for organizing thoughts. This would work well for film, television, books, and academic papers. I collaborated with my editor to quickly rearrange scenes in my movie. Anytime we had an update, we would share the new board to do this remotely.
