Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for every project in the office. Primarily for early concept design iteration and meetings.

Pros

  • organizing content
  • single container for images
  • easily share and collaborate info

Cons

  • photos make boards heavy and not useful
  • exporting data is tricky
  • controlling size of content
  • reduced cost of unnecessary printings and meetings
  • reduce amount of in person meetings
there is almost too many products it can integrate with so i find that daunting. i use it as a standalone product. tried to integrate with Teams but was not helpful
tremedously useful tool for collaboration internally in a single office and with other locations

easy to share info internally. sometimes have issues with sharing with teams during meetings with access issues
