Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it mainly for 2 purposes - brainstorming and wireframing. It offers all the templates we need. It gives us a single space that can be easily shared with both internal team and external clients. We are also incorporating it as a tool in our workshop design in the future.

Pros

  • Ease of sharing

Cons

  • The mindmapping template only allow left/right or top/down links
  • Reduced costs (no need to subscribe to multiple products)
  • Increased efficiency (all in one place)
Integrated Miro into Notion with ease.

Miro’s user interface is far more elegant than that of Whimsical.

Notion
It is great when visuals are needed to explain a mental model. Anything from discussing strategy to creating wireframes for product development. It is not for detailed prototyping. It is also useful for flowcharting because there are so many templates. It is useful for both single users or for a group.
