Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it primarily for visual presentations and protocol diagramming. It assists in communicating key ideas in a range of development projects. The diagramming feature allows concepts to be easily understood and customized based on the business requirements.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Importing graphic media.
Navigation within the boards.
Template options.

Cons

Number of user boards.
Too many features locked behind a paywall.
Increase number of images, icons, shapes etc.

Return on Investment

Improved productivity and understanding of broad concepts.
Reduced time spent in meetings as concepts can be communicated more clearly.
Improved understanding of concepts presented via Miro compared to other formats.

Ease of Integration

Limited integrations, but I do use it in conjunction with Teams to present information to a workplace team. We have yet to utilise other integrations, as there is not yet a requirement for such.

Collaboration

I am the primary user of Miro in my workplace; I present many of my projects using Miro via Teams and in person. Using Miro allows off-site staff to participate equally with on-site staff.

Likelihood to Recommend

Works very well with graphic media, less so for using tables and large areas of text content. Suited to presentations that need URL/web links.
