Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I've used Miro with my consulting clients as well as coaching clients.
In my consulting business, Miro provides the ability to collaborate as a global team in real time, capturing ideas, synthesizing conversations, voting and creating an action plan.
In my coaching business, Miro helps my coaching clients have one consolidated (and endlessly flexible) place to put their goals, assessment results, notes from our coaching sessions, frameworks or next steps they are committing to in between our sessions.

Pros
- user friendly ability to create stickies
- import of google docs
- links to websites and external sources
- presentation capabilities
- "bring everyone to me" feature for when people get lost
- I can go on and on!
Cons
- sizing and scale is difficult. I haven't figured out what % to design or best practices around that
- the google copy/paste feature hasn't worked for me in a while. I've had an ongoing ticket about this and I've just started to do a workaround
- Probably reduced time by significant hours translating physical sticky notes into digital files
- also probably reduced significant waste from sticky notes and flip charts
- allowed significant more teams to collaborate globally without the cost of travel & expenses or time and budget required to meet in person
Miro is great for getting clients and team members up to speed. I like to refer to it as a "single source of truth" rather than having to look through disparate docs in a google drive or sharepoint. It also can be more visually appealing and if designed well can include some "wayfinding" so that people know what they are looking at and how to navigate
Miro has way better design and functionality than Mural in my opinion!
