Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The primary use case for Miro within our company if for real-time collaboration and ideation.
Miro resolves the issue related to geographical disperse teams need to work and collaborate on projects and initiatives. Also includes collaboration with our partners.

Pros

  • Security and governance
  • Real-time collaboration with internal and external participants
  • Integration with Microsoft eco system
  • Other integrations with Jira, Draw.IO, AWS
  • Diagramming

Cons

  • UI can be made easier to navigate and find things
  • Deeper integrations with AWS and Azure
  • Positive - bring geo-diverse teams together
  • Positive - Fast documentation of workshop ideas and information
  • Positive - Improved productivity
During implementation:
1. Miro can provide initial support on implementation and guidance on best security for the site
Good with MS eso system, Draw.IO and AWS.
Need to improve:
1. GCP integration
2. AWS diagramming to stage workload build
3. MS Visio

Impact has been very impactful and allowed teams to come together
Miro is the leader and has many features others do not have.
