Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro as a space to creatively collaborate within my organization and for personal brainstorming. Colleagues appreciate the visualization that Miro offers that enhances creative flow and dialogue about any given topic.

Pros

  • Intuitive layout of toolset
  • Smooth integration with monday.com
  • Robust set of templates for inspiration

Cons

  • Users should be allowed to collaborate without the need to create an account
  • The need to wrap board elements into frames in order to export PDF is not great
  • Enhanced creative thinking
  • High quality collaborative experience for remotely distributed participants
  • Shorter, higher quality discussions
The monday.com integration just works. In truth, I switched over to Miro from a competitor product because of this integration.
We can have engaging and collaborative discussions while in a remote setting. In the absence of a solution like Miro, meetings lose the sense of creativity and synchronous involvement
Honestly, they are very similar solutions in terms of the base offerings. However Miro's monday.com integration and convenient features like the "sticky stack" give it the final edge in my book.
