Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Procress mapping, Quality tools application (Impact x Effort Matrix/Ishikawa/FMEA/FTA), Brainstorming, Design thinking, Gather Costumer feedback, Costumer journey design. Those represent part of everything that i do with Miro, aiming to solve problems related to information gathering, improvement opportunities, change management, change application and information creation for data based decisions.

- Allows us to work collectively on brainwriting/Brainstorming sessions
- Help us to visualize as is and to be processes
- Help us to gather, sort and display information in a executive level
- Enable different users to share their information in a structured way

- Manage current boards
- More template options
- Work on it's marketing so more people would know the tool
- Reduced complexity of process analysis
- Facilitated information gathering
- Reduced time for me to create templates to map processes or gather information from different players
A lot, we are a global company and this has helped to connect and work as a team within different projects
