Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro plays a very important part in my company. First of all the app allow us to draw, think and imagine our own problems and solutions making the process of design thinking much more easier - that help all the team with the storytelling of our business. Second, we use Miro to show to our clientes their story. We provide financial planning services and we lack a tool so people can see their journey visually. Miro allows that.

Pros

  • Storytelling
  • Miro helps us organize our brain
  • Miro help us see the big and the tiny picture

Cons

  • Miro is a little bit trickier when you change the arrow for the hand to move around
  • Miro should have more calculators
  • Miro need to improve the presentation mode
  • Storytelling
  • Customer experience
  • Customer jorney
Successful Miro implementation depends on clear onboarding, defined use cases, and team engagement. Establish templates (financial planning ones, please) and best practices early to streamline collaboration. Integrate with existing tools like Slack or Jira to boost adoption. Regular training and visual consistency help maintain clarity, especially in cross-functional or asynchronous environments.
Miro has significantly improved cross-team collaboration and agility, especially with remote staff. It provides a shared visual space for brainstorming, planning, and aligning our ideas in real time. We've noticed faster project kick-offs, better engagement during workshops, and clearer communication across departments—reducing misunderstandings and boosting overall productivity on new initiatives.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is ideal for brainstorming sessions, customer journey mapping, and remote team collaboration. We've used it to align strategies visually across departments. However, it’s less suitable for tasks requiring complex data analysis or document-heavy workflows, where tools like Excel or Notion offer more structured functionality and version control - you should definitly embbed that.
