Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am a product manager in my company. Most of the time, I use Miro for completing analysis and conducting user research. I use Miro both for personal tasks and team collaboration. For analysis tasks, I usually work by myself and can easily use templates to organize data and showcase it to my team. For user research, I use user journey maps to structure the data, and sometimes also use them during team ideation sessions

Pros

  • Easily teamwork
  • Lots of templates
  • Not need to spend time to learn

Cons

  • Limited Version History and Change Tracking
  • Inconsistent Content Scaling When Projected
  • AI Tool
  • Improved productivity
  • Easy teamwork
  • Reduced the learning curve
Miro has improved our organization’s ability to collaborate on new projects, especially with team members working remotely or across different locations. The real-time collaboration features allow everyone to contribute ideas, give feedback, and stay aligned without the need for constant meetings. We use Miro to co-create user journey maps and conduct brainstorming sessions. This has made the early stages of projects more efficient and engaging. It also reduces misunderstandings, as all team members can visually see and interact with the same content, regardless of where they are located.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

There are lots of templates I can easily apply in Miro, which is very convenient for quickly setting up user journeys or brainstorming sessions. However, one issue I often face is that the component sizes are too small when projected onto a larger screen. During meetings or workshops, I usually have to spend extra time resizing image to make them readable for everyone in the room.
