Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it for whiteboarding, brainstorming, ad-hoc meeting notes
Pros
- I can throw down ideas really fast
- Organize ideas
- Voting
- Timers
- Real time collaboration
- New features like secret mode
Cons
- Some of the AI summary / grouping is really cool but could be better (I get that it's hard to execute without all the context in the cards)
- Search across boards - limited and run into paywall sometimes
- Don't have numbers but it definitely speeds up brainstorming - especially for remote colleagues
- Great of architecture diagrams / flowcharts
- Allows easy collaboration
A lot! It's really useful for bringing people together into a common workplace even while remote. I love that it also levels the playing field so that anyone can contribute regardless of seniority and then we just walk the board to collate ideas
More user friendly, better UI, feels smoother and more modern. Lucid seems to try to do too much
