Miro for Beginners.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is great for workshopping, planning, ideating, and much more. The updated tools are easy to use and user-friendly, in my opinion. You can create shapes, charts, graphs, or any other visual element that you want to demonstrate. I use it for various projects that aren't similar in any capacity, and it can still create a world of data storage or demonstrations.
Pros
- Create infinite space.
- Provides tools for all types of users.
- Provides security for internal and external use.
Cons
- Arrows don't automatically align.
- Some shapes aren't as easy to find.
- There should be a few more font options for versatility.
- Sometimes I spend more time aligning and removing.
- Presentations are great if you are already used to using Miro.
- There should be an option for external users to stay signed in, so you don't have to keep entering a password.
I love using Miro for collaborations. Admittedly, some clients get annoyed because they're not as accustomed to using it, but it's great for brainstorming and creating new ideas based on workshops.
