An increasingly useful tool for brainstorming and team collaboration
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Any time our team needs to brainstorm or begin conceptualizing an idea, we always start with a Miro board. Miro boards are so incredibly versatile and user-friendly that there's virtually nothing we need that Miro doesn't have. By having all of our brainstorming thought processes in one place, we're able to move quickly in the planning process and not get bogged down with ideas living in different platforms or devices.
Pros
- Versatility
- Integration with SSO
- Permissions-sharing
- Visualizations
Cons
- No dark mode
- Faster and more efficient team meetings
- Easy to turn ideas into processes/flows
- No need for other whiteboards or canvas software
Initially, I would have said that Miro's extremely accessible and easy-to-understand canvas creation was their most impactful feature. But now that I'm back in it after a hiatus, I see that - like Coda - Miro now has more than just one type of "document." Miro now has boards, diagrams, docs, slides, tables, timelines, and spaces that help greatly enhance the quality of project management and brainstorming. I intend to look at how we can make our project management work more efficient with Miro.
