An amazing tool for co creation

We use Miro as a collaborative platform to understand user needs by clustering information from interviews and then creating customer journey maps that lead business strategy. Miro is an ally at our design practice by allowing synergy among different teams, as we need people to reflect and propose creative ideas that will lead product development.

I stopped using powerpoint and excel but i'm going back because it is easier to bussiness teams to use office for tables and presentations. I use Miro for workshops
