Miro makes my Life easy

I use Miro to capture the 'As is ' and 'To be' customer journey. When showcasing the use case to the broader audience, the visual diagrams are very helpful to easily understand. We use Miro board for training eg : recently I attended green belt training and Business Analysis training where we used Miro board to post our ideas. It helps both introverts and extroverts to post our thoughts independently. We use Miro board during our chapter meeting as well to understand how we work in a cross functional team and group our ideas and learn how we can grow and improve as a team.

Having different frames on a board to explain different problem statement. Colorful sticky notes, love to see colours. Different shapes to draw flow diagrams.

I have received feedback that when Miro is open, the system runs a bit slow, I have also experienced it but not 100% sure.
