Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Miro is great for collaborating with colleagues. It is my preferred tool for running remote workshops, brainstorming sessions, and has been helpful in setting priorities for my team's work. It is also very easy to create roadmaps and map workflows. Most recently, I also used it to build a presentation!

Usability

It can be overwhelming with the number of different templates to choose a proper one. On the other hand it is difficult at times to fully adapt the template to my usage. At times the template thumbnail looked differently than the template itself.

Reduced Tool Overload

I have replaced presentation tool with Miro due to an ease of use, but unfortunately the downloaded link was low quality, also I needed to adjust the order of slides many times, which was not easy.
