Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am a program manager. I use Miro to collaborate with the team on various things - building out approaches, daily scrums, timelines, prioritisation, etc. As well work with my team who work in Miro for brainstorming sessions, dropping in key insights and takeaways, etc.

Pros

  • interface is easy to use for non-designers
  • variety of templates to choose from

Cons

  • integration with Google sheets / excel for daily trackers
  • saves 30% of my own efficiency when doing initial project planning
Miro is easy to use for non-designers and has a range of templates for inspiration if you're not quite sure how to visualise what you need. It's easy to collaborate in!

Great for building out high level program plan and roadmap but not so great for getting into the nitty gritty details of the project plan / gantt chart.
