Overall Satisfaction with Miro

we use Miro for different things. First and formost for hybrid collaboration - workshops, retrosepctives, UX reviews and such. We also use it for user flow visuals, briefings for designs for homepages, any documents that new reviews, email flows,... the endlessnes of the whioteboard is super helpful and that everyone can join, comment, pin post its on things. we love it.

Pros

  • user flows
  • collaboration
  • retrospectives
  • presentations

Cons

  • video upload
  • pin certain things to the board, so they cant be moved
  • remote workshops are more efficient and fun
  • UX audits are easier
  • retros are all on one big board
everythings is pretty easy to use and if I need help the miroverse is there to learn. there are some little things that could be optimized, but overall it is very intuitive
the basic post it collaboration is our main use. sometimes we use the templates Miro provides to give a good start with a new board.
no not really. we use it additionally and still do live workshops, still use power point for presentation and special design tools for designing
