As a manager, I oversee multiple teams spread across various locations, and Miro has been an all-in-one tool for collaboration, process visualization, and work optimization. In our organization, alignment between internal teams and external partners is very important. and Miro is great for that. It provides other set of productivity features as well, the most commonly used are whiteboard, voting & timer, presentations and more.

- Miro simplifies workflow creation using flowcharts and diagrams for better presentation and efficiency.
- Miro allows us for multi-user editing, comments, and live discussions for different teams, including external.
- Great integration with Microsoft applications, resulting in a better performance than others.
Cons
- As I work remotely often, I feel that Miro requires an internet connection, making it difficult to work in low-connectivity environments.
- More file format options for exporting boards would be useful, rest all good.
- The most visible one is higher productivity with real-time collaboration, making us more flexible and scalable.
- Increased participation in brainstorming and strategy sessions, resulting in greater quality of ideas and projects.
