Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for the workshops and collaborative working sessions I host at Disney. As an Agile Coach, part of my role is to lead teams through an Agile transformation. And that includes facilitating workshops to establish working agreements, how to better write user stories, and how the team will estimate the work. In addition to that, Miro is a great tool that Agile teams can use to run retrospectives

Cons
- Expand the templates available for teams to use
- A platform/community for other users to share their Miro templates
- Integration with ServiceNow for story mapping
- Efficiency
- Team Productivity
- Increased collaboration for distributed teams
Brainstorming templates. Whenever I take the lead on a project or work stream, I like to brainstorm by myself first, and then have a group session where people can add or criticize anything on the board. Having a visual way to accomplish that is crucial for me and I am able to do that thanks to Miro.
Yes. Once Miro became available at my company, we fully transitioned most of the work related to brainstorming, training, workshops, and working sessions to Miro. Until then, these activities were decentralized to a certain extent. But Miro enabled us to rationalize how we use the tools available.
