Evaluation of the Miro tool based on a bankers review.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to organize each team member's tasks, track important dates and meetings, and categorize actions by past, present, and future deadlines. Additionally, we developed a message board that featured ideas, urgent messages, mission updates, motivational content, and constructive feedback for other members.
Pros
- Calendar.
- Message board.
- Organization line of time.
Cons
- Attach image or photos.
- QR codes.
- Drawings like "Paint".
- For sure better teams productivity.
- Better organization to study for a hard certification.
- Team members needed to deliver a manual.
The tools I use most are notepads, calendars, the geometric figure maker, boards, emojis, GIFs, and comments. The most notable feature is the ability to update templates and boards simultaneously. Sticky notes, creating freehand drawings, and creating texts are also critical to keep your creativity alive.
Miro has undoubtedly reduced the number of tools I use. I usually think of Miro as a cell phone, which in this case has reduced the use of calculators, cameras, flashlights, etc. In the case of Miro, the unique tool of the type that I have tested, I no longer need to use calendars, digital whiteboards, and planners.
There is no other products like Miro that I have tested.
