Miro helps by simplifying client collaboration in that clients do not have to onboard multiple platforms. The results are better client experience and faster approvals
Miro works with core tools since it integrates with most popular ones such as Asana and Google Drive. This ensures that one keep on using best-in-class tools while Miro acts as the command center for social strategy alignment.
It also helps with reducing dependency on long email and meeting chains and leads to less inbox clutter, and fewer status meetings
It centralizes workflows due to fewer apps getting open at once and this results in less tool-switch, whose effect is more focus, fewer errors and this leads to faster decision making
It also help to replace redundant tools and results in fewer specialized tools in use.
FigJam integrates seamlessly with Figma used by design teams. It is also lightweight for real-time collaboration and giving feedback. However, I chose Miro since it is excellent for campaign planning. It has strong templates useful for content calendar management. Its client presentation mode is very polished while that of FigJam is limited to design reviews. Therefore, Miro for end-to-end social campaigns planning, presentation use and cross-functional collaboration
