Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is utilized mostly for brainstormig sales strategies and planning using ready to used SWOT analsysis template and also as a collaborative tool within the sales team for updating the quaterly sales targets/actuals and for brainstormng action plans for solutions to problems faced by the team using the Miro board and the sticky notes features
Pros
- Miro board can be shared with multiplw team members of the team and they can collaboratively update their portions in the board before a followup meeting ensuring so duplicate data is created and zero effort in compiling the data
Cons
- The license cost per user is quite high and can be significant if the team is big and since the usage is limited to average an hr per day the licenses are mostly underutilized so possibility to buy a few licenses instead of per user and then allocate the unused license to a user concurrently who needs it can make full use of the license
- Miro saves time as earlier the presentation decks had to be indivually compiled from each of the sales team member now users can directly access the board and make necessary updates and is synced on real time
The feature I like the most is allowing many users to operate the Miro board at the same time and sync all changes by the team and the feature that allows to track the cursors of all active users is also very intuitive and helpful
Has reduced the use of powerpoint for presentation now some ppts are migrated to Miro because of the ease of use of Miro
