Honestly, setting up a process map can be a bit of a mission specially when you're hunting for the right shapes and trying to get everything just right. That’s why I find using Miro such a game-changer. It takes so much of the hassle out of the process and actually makes it enjoyable.
I’ve definitely found myself reaching for Miro more than any other tool lately. It just makes the whole process of mapping things out so much smoother and more intuitive. I used to spend ages fiddling with shapes and layouts in other platforms, but with Miro, it feels like everything just flows. It’s become my go-to without even realizing it.
Miro is ideal for visual collaboration and brainstorming, while Confluence excels at structured documentation and knowledge sharing, each shines in different parts of the workflow
