Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro was installed after a recommendation by one of our prestigious client. With Miro, I am able to share roadmaps with company staffs for plotting out a project. Miro has become my space for innovative thoughts and ideas, not only from me but from my entire unit. Miro has made my planning sessions more dynamic rather than a routine chore.

Pros

Cons

  • Dip in performance for complicated road maps of projects
  • Zoom pinching is challenging after a while
  • Centralization of ideas has led to faster project disposal thus higher incomes and returns.
Customizing in terms of advance layouts seriously took me a while to even it out but once I got a hang of it, Miro became a cakewalk for me.
Miro is better for maintaining clarity in growing complex ideas because it has the centralization aspect which eventually leads to decisions on major projects.
Now since every activity takes place on Miro, I have successfully reduced my unnecessary reliance on other tools.

I like that Miro enforces a hierarchical layout starting from a central core idea then branching it outwards. This helps me keep everything organized and focused on topics, subtopics, details, etc. Miro provides infinite canvas where I can add sticky notes, drawings, text and chats. Miro is my giant virtual wall.
