Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are just beginning to stand up Miro. We hope to enable our internal department leaders with digital whiteboarding that can serve our field experiments and innovations.

Pros

  • Plethora of templates
  • Fairly easy to use
  • I like the new functionalities and integrations

Cons

  • Too many options for templates, I start to get decision paralysis
  • When you are using the digital whiteboard with many people it can get dizzinng and disorienting for the group
  • Not sure I fully grasp or understand the document functionality but I like that it exists
I have been using the platform for a long time, appreciate that some features have remained unchanged.
It is only as good as getting my teams to migrate over to Miro which I'm unsure if it will.
I was trying to procure Lucid but internally the org was already familiar with Miro and I didn't want to migrate the startup.

Yes

Well suited for brainstorming. You also have to be very creative to use it. It might be more difficult for others to do so.
