Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a very useful strategy in our organization, as we implement educational projects in different regions of the country. Each project requires a design, planning, and preparation phase. Miro’s templates help us organize work categories, assign responsibilities, and track progress. Additionally, by connecting it with new AI features, we can streamline our work and seek inspiration to overcome bottlenecks in the process. The platform allows us to expand projects without limits and switch easily between boards. The projects we have planned with Miro’s support have been highly successful from the outset.

Pros

  • Provide Layout inspirations
  • Connect AI features
  • Enable an automated workflow between tasks

Cons

  • Adding images seems hard to find within the menu
  • Adding layouts for calendar planning
  • Turning 100% of ideas into tangible, actionable outcomes
  • A 90% acceptance rate of the proposals submitted to our partners, driven by clear and effective structuring
The usability is intuitive, as is the process of finding tools and connecting them with other software. The site navigation is clear and easy to understand. It is easy to use and to expand workboards as needed.
The ability to collaborate with multiple people on the same board and to have different layouts integrated into a single workspace. This makes it easy to move between the brainstorming, planning, and design phases without leaving the same environment.
Yes, because having everything in one place means I don’t have to switch between multiple platforms or search for information scattered across hundreds of folders. For example, I don’t need to go to separate files for preparation, planning, or implementation; instead, I can move easily within the same board.
  • Notion
It’s simply more visual and graphic—perfect for those who prefer to organize their ideas in a different, non-conventional way.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is very well suited for brainstorming and connecting ideas to real project planning, as it allows you to turn ideas into concrete actions. It may be more challenging to use for drafting official project-related documents, although I have seen that they are starting to integrate canvases with document features.
